About Me

Always giving more than 100%

My name is Darlington Daniel. I am a High Honor graduate from the department of Information Technology in Cyprus International University. I am a natural leader. Taking the initiative and coming up with ideas comes naturally to me. Whether I'm working in a team, or on my own, I have a great attention to detail, and a strong desire for success.

I led several team projects throughout my study. Using excellent communication skills and proper task division that comes from understanding individual's unique strengths and weaknesses. Most of those projects were a success. I have a practical understanding of AGILE Methodologies and Practices in line with industry standards.

In my career as a developer, I have also used these skills to successfully create several applications and websites, alongside my teaching obligation, in which I have excelled incredibly well at the k12 level. I have successfully created a safe and open classroom environment where students feel free to express themselves, contribute, and develop in their studies.

I am very passionate about personal development and life-long learning. As a result, I have quite a few certifications for the skills relevant to my career. For me, learning and improvement never stop.
